Our work depends on you, as Senior Program Manager, joining the Navy and Marine Corps Sector to lead a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled individuals to support development, design, prototyping, low-rate production, demonstration, test, integration, technical installation, transition through Initial Operational Capability (IOC), and maintenance in the domains of cyber, Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA), situational awareness, data management and dissemination, and other rapid capability software requirements with the ASI Division in support of Department of Navy (DON), Department of Defense (DoD), and other Government agency projects.

As a Program Manager, you will plan, direct, or coordinate operations, overseeing multiple projects. Your responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. You will act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources. In this role, a typical day may include:

Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program areas including technical work, financial and business development activities

Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation

Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program(s)

Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits

Performs business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals

Performs financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement

Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances

Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents

Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested

Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Possess and maintain an active DoW Top Secret clearance which will be required by the contractor in the performance of their work in order to enter classified spaces, review data and access networks

Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card

Travel 10-25%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ten (10) years or more experience in Program/Project Management with a minimum of at least six (6) years of those years managing Programs/Projects directly related to the DoW

Master’s Degree in a Business Discipline, or MS Degree in an Engineering or Technical Discipline or equivalent years of experience.

Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
