We’re seeking a skilled
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a facility in Leominster, MA
to help keep our industrial equipment operating smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical and technical background who takes pride in quality work and dependable performance.
As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll perform inspections, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure our machines stay in top condition.

Shift:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Requirements
Solid mechanical and technical aptitude
Experience with industrial machinery: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Proficient with diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and repairs
Excellent attendance record
High attention to detail
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections for wear, malfunctions, and system issues (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
Perform scheduled maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning to ensure machine longevity and performance.
Diagnose issues, disassemble/reassemble components, replace parts, and test repaired equipment.
Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and parts. Report issues and suggest improvements.
Follow all safety guidelines and lockout/tagout procedures. Identify and mitigate risks.
