Warehouse Supervisor – Medline Industries, LP

Job Summary Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials that are received, stored, shipped, and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review the effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and protection of equipment.
Responsibilities
Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Ensure overtime is maintained within the allotted budget.
Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Ensure inventory accuracy.
Account for all materials and supplies in the facilities and audit goods received into the warehouse.
Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
Lead day‑to‑day activities of employees, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, reviewing accuracy, directing efforts, and providing technical guidance on more complex issues. Contribute to hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
Work with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.
Relevant Work Experience:
At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
Warehouse Experience:
At least 3 years of warehouse experience (basic skill level).
Salary Range $67,000.00 – $101,000.00 per year. Salary varies by location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
