Schedule Coordinator

role, coordinating maintenance activities for the Nation’s critical telecommunication and renewable energy infrastructure. The coordinator ensures all maintenance activities are scheduled, resources deployed, and subcontractor work executed efficiently across remote sites nationwide.

Duties and Responsibilities

Efficiently dispatch technical resources and subcontractors nationwide for preventative and corrective maintenance.

Manage short- and long‑term service schedules and report related metrics as required.

Take ownership of Work Tickets from open to close, ensuring they are fully executed and documented in a professional and reportable manner.

Utilize the CMMS to develop job plans and assign work to appropriate personnel.

Ensure material and tools are available, parts and skill level are identified, and SOWs are adequate.

Understand inter‑relationships of trades to prioritize appropriate work and follow up accordingly.

Record CMMS service information, tech/subcontractor time, material usage, etc., accurately.

Coordinate activities with other areas of the company to maximize resource utilization.

Qualifications and Requirements

2+ years of experience in planning/scheduling technical resources (highly preferred).

Relevant 2‑ or 4‑year degree (preferred).

Strong attention to detail, follow‑up, and multitasking ability.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience with CMMS such as Maximo or Salesforce.

Available to work nights and weekends when needed.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
