Self Storage Assistant Manager
Strat Property Management, Inc is hiring a Self Storage Assistant Manager to take charge of the day‑to‑day operations of one of our self‑storage facilities. We seek ambitious and excellent leaders who will help maintain a culture of community, integrity and positivity.

Responsibilities
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the business.
Provide exceptional customer service and generate sales leads over the phone and in person.
Meet sales objectives with each new lead through multiple channels.
Achieve financial goals and drive key performance indicators.
Make customer calls regarding their account, collections, and other items; document notes on the computer system.
Conduct daily physical storage unit inspections; confirm inventory availability and secure or prepare units for rent.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and picking up trash.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills
Ability to work weekend hours
Preferred Background Great candidates come from customer service, sales, hospitality, property management, moving and storage industry, and related fields. 5 Star Customer Service experience is a plus.
