Job Description Summary

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for attaining sales goals established by the Company within the designated territory and budget. You will increase sales of current accounts, establish new accounts, and provide in‑services on the processes and procedures for properly using the Company’s products to surgeons, OR staff, and other individuals. Key responsibilities will include:

Sells the entire product line to current and new accounts.

Advises customers of new and current pricing, back orders, and company policies.

Executes comprehensive in‑service of products to all concerned individuals.

Informs Regional Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.

Achieves timely, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.

Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.

About you:

Bachelor's degree Preferred

Minimum two years outside sales experience or equivalency

Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BD Peripheral Intervention products

Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits

Detailed understanding of needs/analysis selling

Understands contract administration
