About Us

High Point is excited to be growing and expanding mental health services in the Brockton Community for patients experiencing an acute mental health crisis requiring a crisis intervention assessment and connection to services.

As part of the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) initiative, Brockton High Point will be transitioning to become the new Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) agency for the Brockton community and surrounding towns. MCI services provide 24/7/365 crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health crisis, including increased mental health symptoms, concerns for safety to self or others, and seeking access to services. Crisis evaluations support patients and families in assessing the crisis and determining the next step and referral for treatment, including: Inpatient hospitalization, dual diagnosis services, Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS), outpatient services under the CBHC for adults and youth, and referrals to external agencies for other services.

High Point will be hiring for multiple positions to support the opening and operations of the MCI services for adults and youth. Individuals hired will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals includes licensed clinicians, Master’s level clinicians, certified peer specialists, patient resource navigators, nursing, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, medical physicians, and psychologists.
