IAM Engineer
Location Hybrid – must live within 60 miles of one of the following locations:
Draper, UT
Columbus, OH
Plano, TX
Chadds Ford, PA
Wilmington, DE
NYC (Manhattan)
Pay Rate $62/hour
Eligibility US Citizens or Green Card Holders only. Not eligible for C2C or employer-sponsored immigration support.
About the Role As an IAM Engineer, you’ll support day-to-day security operations for Retail Services by managing security-related applications, databases, and system environments. You’ll work on brand conversions, deconversions, terminations, and SSO integrations, while documenting processes, runbooks, and roadmaps. On-call work after business hours may occasionally be required.
First Weeks/Months Focus

Hit the ground running on SSO integrations and project work across Value Streams
Essential Responsibilities
Hands‑on Okta engineering: OIE, Application SSO integrations, workflows, B2E/B2B/B2C tenants
Identify process gaps and develop solutions; elevate as needed
Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and project updates
Support InfoSec initiatives as a change agent within the team and broader organization
Collaborate with peers, IT, and leadership to provide solutions while maintaining credibility
Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Must‑Have Skills
Okta engineering experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Troubleshooting expertise
Nice-to-Have Skills
Okta certifications
IAM engineering experience with SailPoint, PAM tools, etc.
