Our client, a leading organization in the construction and data center industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager-San Antonio to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager-San Antonio, you will be part of the Safety Department supporting project teams and construction operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Oversee all aspects of complex electrical structures and construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
Consult with executive management on contractor safety plans and ensure their implementation
Review and oversee construction Health & Safety management procedures
Attend safety department and management meetings, training workshops, and daily briefings
Oversee subcontractors and contractors, ensuring competency and safety adherence
What's Needed?
Minimum of 10 years' construction safety experience with formal qualifications in health and safety management
Extensive experience in contractor communications and liaising with design and project teams
Advanced experience working on data center or mission-critical builds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills, including viewing and editing PDFs
