Automotive Service Advisor
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) in Stuart, FL is seeking to hire a full‑time Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about the auto industry and motivated to ensure positive customer experiences. This role offers a competitive base pay plus commission, with the potential to earn up to $80,000 a year. A DAY IN THE LIFE As an Automotive Service Advisor, you arrive each day determined to take excellent care of our customers while achieving sales goals. You guide them through their selected services, acting as the main point of contact between them and our auto technicians. After a vehicle service review, you advise customers on tires, brakes, and other recommended services in a clear, easy‑to‑understand manner, helping them make informed decisions by explaining benefits, costs, and product features.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as the primary contact between customers and service technicians. • Review vehicle service requirements and suggest additional services. • Explain benefits, costs, and product features to customers. • Build trust and connections to secure repeat business. • Achieve sales goals and maintain a positive customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years old or older
Previous sales and service advisor experience
Valid driver’s license
We are looking for a people person who can easily connect with others, loves talking about cars, and has excellent communication skills. Patience, empathy, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
