Day Shift Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time

What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care and assessments to residents on ventilators and oxygen therapy throughout the day
Perform ventilator checks, trach care, and respiratory treatments with a compassionate approach
Engage in multidisciplinary rounds, contribute to resident care plans, and communicate directly with families and physicians
Accurately document all treatments, assessments, and resident progress in electronic records
Educate residents and staff on respiratory wellness and best practices
Maintain and inspect all respiratory equipment for safety and readiness
Help support new resident admissions and coordinate care with the night team
What You’ll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Valid Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner License with RRT credential
Experience in respiratory care (skilled nursing or hospital preferred)
Team player with excellent communication skills
Passionate about delivering resident-centered care
