Job Responsibilities The Banking & Financial Services (BFS) vertical is a strategic growth pillar for C5i, with increasing investments in AI‑led solutions for risk, fraud, compliance, customer analytics, marketing analytics, credit, and operations transformation.
We are seeking a seasoned Growth Partner who can drive net‑new logo acquisition, build strategic relationships with senior banking executives, and position C5i as a trusted Analytics and AI transformation partner. The ideal incumbent will define and execute the sales strategy in collaboration with the Head of Sales, identify high‑value banking prospects, and engage with CXS, EVPs, SVPs, and Heads of Analytics, Data, Risk, Marketing, and Digital Transformation within global banks and financial institutions, carrying out a consultative selling process to acquire new deals.

Prospect and sell C5i’s
Analytics, AI, and Data solutions
to
Banks, Financial Institutions, and FinTech’s
globally.
Drive
new logo acquisition (hunting role)
within Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Cards & Payments, Wealth Management, and Lending segments.
Consult and educate prospects on how C5i can enable
digital transformation, data‑driven decisioning, risk optimization, fraud prevention, and customer intelligence .
Develop strategic account plans, target account lists, opportunity pipelines, and competitive win strategies.
Track and communicate
banking market trends , regulatory shifts, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
Promote C5i’s solutions at
banking, fintech, and financial services industry conferences and events .
Own and achieve
new sales targets , while protecting and expanding existing BFSI accounts where applicable.
Build trusted partnerships with
Product, Delivery, Solutioning, and Marketing teams
to craft differentiated value propositions.
Identify and create new growth opportunities and continuously expand the prospect funnel.
Leverage CRM and sales tools to
forecast, track, manage, and report sales performance
accurately.
Drive disciplined
pipeline management , deal qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with other Growth Partners and Client Partners to execute a unified BFS growth strategy.
Qualifications & Key Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Engineering, Science, Commerce, or related field
from a reputed institute.
MBA or Master’s in Business is preferred.
12+ years of experience
in enterprise sales, with a strong
hunter mindset .
Proven experience selling
large, complex Analytics, Data, and AI programs
to
global banking and financial services clients .
Strong understanding of banking domain use cases such as:
Risk & Compliance Analytics
Customer & Marketing Analytics
Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and exceed
revenue and quota targets .
Self‑starter with a
hands‑on, go‑getter attitude , capable of navigating complex buying environments.
Willingness to travel globally for client meetings and industry engagements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
High ownership, growth mindset, agile and passion for winning strategic deals in BFS vertical.
