Position Summary The
Registered Nurse (RN)
provides direct patient care and clinical coordination within our behavioral health units, delivering quality, compassionate care for
child (ages 5‑17), adult, geriatric
and
forensic
patients. You’ll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Chief Nursing Officer FLSA:

Education & Licensure Requirements Education
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN)
Required , BSN
Preferred .
Licensure
Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state as applicable)
Required .
Certifications
BLS (CPR) –
Required
upon hire.
CPI or Handle with Care –
Preferred .
ACLS –
Preferred .
CRRN –
Preferred .
Required Skills & Experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Required.
6+ months Med/Surg experience
Preferred.
Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience
Preferred.
Strong communication, assessment, and de‑escalation skills.
Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure.
Team‑oriented with a passion for patient‑centered care.
Understanding of Trauma‑informed care
Preferred.

Behavioral Health Department
is a
150‑bed inpatient facility
designed to foster healing, safety, and innovation.
With a
1:6–1:8 nurse‑to‑patient ratio , our nurses provide specialized, compassionate care across children, adults, geriatrics, and forensic units.
