Under the direction of the Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in providing bulk cheese to our production lines and operating cutting and shredding equipment.

Starting Pay (Level I):
$25.10/hour
After 90 Days (Level II):
$26.97/hour
Plus:
$1.00 /hour shift differential

What You’ll Do: Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. while opening, cleaning, and placing cheese on production lines Remove all packaging from cheese Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and clean as needed Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5–40 lbs. per lift) Operate cutting and shredding equipment (both automated and manual) Assist with other duties as needed
What You Bring: Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. (and occasionally 60 lbs.) Comfort standing for long periods Strong commitment to safety Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Attention to detail for quality inspection Basic math skills for reading and calculating Reliable attendance to keep production running smoothly
