Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Capacity Planning Engineer to join their team. As a Capacity Planning Engineer, you will be part of the Global Markets Capacity Support team supporting application onboarding, performance analysis, and capacity forecasting. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Assist with onboarding multiple applications and ensure deliverables around performance and capacity are met Review technical application documentation to identify potential capacity impacts Collaborate with Production Support owners to develop forecasts and capacity models Analyze saturation test results using tools like AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, and others Provide consulting support to ensure optimal application performance and capacity management What's Needed?
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies and best practices Experience with mathematical, statistical, and quantitative analytics Familiarity with ITIL capacity management frameworks and COBIT Proficiency with performance measurement tools such as AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR, and PerfMon What's in it for me?
