Pre-Fab Project Manager

Mission Critical Talent Partners (MCTPS) is a leading talent acquisition firm, proudly serving clients in the prefab construction industry. We are currently partnering with a dynamic client specializing in solar prefab concrete manufacturing, including Skid Mounted Solutions, BESS Solutions, Solar Ballasts, EV Charging Platforms, Carport Foundations, Electric Manholes/Vaults, Utility Pads, and Substation Foundations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee solar prefab concrete projects, focusing on Skid Mounted Solutions and related solutions. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Provide regular project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in prefab construction, with a focus on solar projects. Familiarity with Skid Mounted Solutions, BESS, Solar Ballasts, and related technologies. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to travel as required. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams to support solar prefab concrete projects. Assist in the design, planning, and coordination of engineering activities. Contribute to the development of technical specifications and drawings. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing engineering challenges. Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in prefab construction engineering, specifically solar projects. Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
