We are looking for Shift Managers with previous McDonald's management experience and availability for opening and/or closing shifts. Pay starts at $18/hr for those with full availability, $17/hr for limited availability.
We offer flexible scheduling and will work around your schedule.

Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan each shift, monitor performance, enforce standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
Meet shift targets and help departments meet goals.
Food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, training.
Requirements
Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality).
Positive team player with flexible schedule, thrives in fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
