Our client, a leader in manufacturing and automation solutions, is seeking an entry level Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer (Entry Level-Internship level)
Location:
Monroe, NC
Payrange:
$25-32/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Support manufacturing operations to ensure uninterrupted quality production of life-saving products.
Specify equipment performance and mechanical design criteria for automated assembly and inspection systems.
Lead automation projects to deliver validated quality and performance, maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution, preferably in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or aerospace engineering.
1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or assembly process development and support.
Proficiency in mechanical drafting, 3D modeling, fixture development, and process integration.
Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), SAP, automation, and mechanical design.
