What You’ll Do

Oversee daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with LIHTC and Tax Credit programs.

Drive financial performance – occupancy, rent collection, and budgets.

Lead and develop your on‑site team.

Manage maintenance and vendor relationships.

Champion LSA’s mission in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in conventional housing.

3+ years in multifamily housing.

1+ year managing LIHTC programs.

1+ year as a Community Manager.

Strong financial and operational management skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Experience with RealPage software (preferred).

Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts; occasional Saturdays Location:

Charlotte, NC Salary:

$25 – $28 per hour
