Inventory Representative
to support the integrity, organization, and control of our fine jewelry and timepiece collections. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, confidentiality, and excellence in a refined retail environment. Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming fine jewelry, diamonds, precious metals, and luxury timepieces
Prepare, document, and process outgoing shipments, transfers, and repairs in accordance with company and carrier standards
Ensure all shipping and receiving procedures meet security, insurance, and compliance requirements
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and audits of high‑value merchandise
Track and reconcile merchandise movement, special orders, and vendor returns
Maintain immaculate organization of secure inventory storage areas
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with professionalism and discretion
Enter and maintain precise inventory records within internal systems
Partner with sales, management, and operations teams to support client needs and special requests
Strictly follow loss prevention, handling, and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, inventory control, or high‑value merchandise preferred
Experience in ARMS
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
High School Diploma
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
Comfortable handling fine jewelry, diamonds, precious metals, and luxury timepieces
Proficient with inventory systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work independently while meeting exacting standards
Paid time off
4 paid holidays

401k after 1 year of employment.
Pay Between $29 to $35 an hour.
