What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Facilitate project scope definition, timelines, and resource estimations

Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation in accordance with EPMO policies

Conduct regular project meetings to manage action items and dependencies

Deliver weekly project reports on progress, risks, and resource utilization

Proactively monitor and communicate project risks and develop mitigation plans

What is Required (Qualifications):

At least 3 years of experience in software or technology project management with an advanced degree, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience

Project management experience in an Agile environment

Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent

Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniquesAbility to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday if located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office
