Job Description: As a regional BDM for SAP, you would be accountable for driving order booking growth through the one regional SAP teams covering North America. The regions we expect to be covered are: North East USA · Midwest USA · South USA · West USA & Canada This is a field job and requires you to work with the various SAP teams in one of these regions including SAP BTP/LOB team, SAP Industry team, business and IT decision makers at customers to drive business solutions led sales opportunities for net new accounts. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, are:

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver Order booking of $1M through the SAP channel in close coordination with the North America Sales team

Drive pipeline and opportunities jointly with SAP team

Responsible for managing relationships with SAP team members in the region

Liase with SAP Industry AEs and BTP AEs to create new opportunities for Incture offerings

Gain introductions to such target customers through the support of SAP team members

Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 conversations with prospects

Work with Incture sales and presales team in the region to strategize and execute on sales plays to win such target customers

Develop trusted and deep relationship with multiple SAP and customer stakeholders

Conduct regional marketing events with SAP to drive demand

Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with SAP leaders and management team, and implement corrective actions where necessary

Report to SAP leadership team key metrics of the program

Relevant Experience & Competencies

Alliance management in any role

Inside sales or field sales experience selling any enterprise solution

Exposure to any one of the following industries: Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Oil & Gas

Exposure to any one of the following LOBs: HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Experience

Experience on SAP based solutions in the above-mentioned industries or LOBs

Business knowledge of the PaaS markets, including deep knowledge of the offerings in the market today

Knowledge in BTP Solution portfolio

Experience on one of the Digital Technologies such as Integration, mobility, IOT, Data and Analytics would be preferred.

Ability to coordinate and bring together several stakeholders for a common objective/outcome i.e. winning customers

Excellent communication skills (written & Oral)

Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand knowledge

Proven ability to influence others

Open to travel to within the region

Qualification: Graduate

Experience Desired 4-6 years in a sales supporting role
