Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving to maintain order. Conduct routine and random patrols to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere for visitors and staff. Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns. Assist visitors and/or customers with directions, information, and general inquiries as needed. Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and other unwanted behaviors. Minimum Requirements
At least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license (required for driving positions). Guard card or license preferred. Customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment. Equal Opportunity Employer
