Active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license
Minimum three (3) years of behavioral health experience; experience in supervision, program development, PACE settings, and working with older adults preferred
Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of insurance
Must meet Washington State qualifications as an approved clinical supervisor
Full‑time leadership role overseeing behavioral health and social services within a geriatric‑focused program, supporting both clinic and assisted living settings.

Reporting to the HAWP Medical Director, this role oversees clinical care, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and program development.
