Requirements to Apply

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school

Active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license

Minimum three (3) years of behavioral health experience; experience in supervision, program development, PACE settings, and working with older adults preferred

Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of insurance

Must meet Washington State qualifications as an approved clinical supervisor

Full‑time leadership role overseeing behavioral health and social services within a geriatric‑focused program, supporting both clinic and assisted living settings.

Job Overview We’re seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead the Healthy Aging and Wellness Program (HAWP) social services and case management team. Reporting to the HAWP Medical Director, this role oversees clinical care, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and program development. The ideal candidate is a skilled social worker and leader who is committed to supporting older adults, fostering a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and ensuring high‑quality behavioral health services.
