Key Objectives

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various source documents into the designated computer systems with speed and accuracy.

Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.

Organize and maintain electronic files and records systematically.

Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.

Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Report any issues or inconsistencies encountered during data entry to the supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
