Kadlec is seeking a full‑time, hospital‑based Orthopedic Hip and Joints Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our orthopedic group and support our hospital operations in the beautiful and welcoming community of Richland. Monday to Friday schedule

No call

Inpatient with some clinic

1‑2 years experience preferred

Medical background in orthopedic or primary care, or hospital medicine

Compensation is between $126,376 and $162,576 per year

The compensation amounts listed include base, productivity & quality/service incentives, and call pay

Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement

As a non‑profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
