Project management: Planning and implementation of complex major maintenance and modernization measures in the field of technical building equipment, in particular:

On-site surveys of technical systems, inspections with technical real estate managers and specialist planners

Determining the costs of modernization and maintenance measures

Preparation of specialist engineering contracts and system specifications

Coordination of planning meetings

Creating service specifications and checking/correcting service specifications from external planners

Handover of the tender documents to the central purchasing department and participation in the award negotiations

Participation in the awarding of contracts and instruction of the contracted specialist companies as well as accompanying specialist site management, plus formal acceptance of the technical systems

Advice and support for existing departments in the area of technical building equipment (investment planning from a technical perspective, optimization of technical solutions, preparation of requests for quotations)

Completed studies in the field of supply engineering / TGA, alternatively a corresponding vocational training in the field of supply engineering with several years of professional experience and preferably additional qualifications (e.g. as a master plumber and heating engineer)

At least 3 years of professional experience in technical project management, in the planning, tendering and execution of maintenance and modernization measures in the field of technical building equipment

Sound technical knowledge of DIN/EU standards and regulations as well as building law

IT skills in Microsoft Office, AVA (itwo), possibly also SAP ERP 6.0

Committed appearance, communication skills and negotiating skills in dealing with companies, tenants and suppliers

Commitment, initiative, structured working style and ability to work in a team

Car driver's license for trips to various residential complexes to perform the client's construction management for complex construction projects in the field of TGA (use of pool vehicles possible)
