We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various databases and systems. Your keen attention to detail and strong computer skills will ensure the integrity and security of our information. Responsibilities Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software platforms with precision and speed Maintain and update records regularly, ensuring all information is current and accurate Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents, transcriptions, and existing records Organize files systematically through filing, digital archiving, and categorization for easy retrieval Assist with data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources and preparing reports using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel Support order entry processes by inputting customer orders accurately into relevant systems Perform basic math calculations as needed for data validation and reporting purposes Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows and maintain high standards of quality
Qualifications
Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and basic formulas Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with transcription is a plus Solid understanding of databases, ERP systems, and general computer skills Experience with data entry, filing, and data collection techniques Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing calculations Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in administrative or office roles is preferred but not required
