Pay Range:

$57/h + benefits

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a R&D Project Manager to join their team. You will be part of the Research & Development department supporting innovative projects across multiple business units.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee complex enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, R&D, Medical, and Supply Chain across multiple facilities.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

Monitor project progress, make adjustments as needed, and communicate updates to stakeholders including senior management and executives.

Evaluate project outcomes, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and organizational expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in an FDA-regulated environment.

Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data and work effectively under pressure.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
