Job Title: Logistics Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Description
Supervision and perform import/export activities in compliance with government rules and regulations.
Responsible for expediting the import/export process by liaising with regional import/export coordinators, warehousing/distribution, and plant & production planning.
Coordinate logistics for import/export shipments (ocean, air, land, rail) working closely with freight forwarders, brokers, transportation contract managers, and internal stakeholders.
Audit team members' files to ensure audit-ready status.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable import/export regulations through formal training.
Conduct import/export operations process training as required.
Handle complex global trade accounts/trade lanes.
Possess working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to APHIS, Customs and Border Protection, USDA, and other government agency laws and regulations.

Education and Experience
BA/BS degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in business, supply chain, international commerce, or related field preferred.
Strong working knowledge and experience with data systems such as MS Office Suite, ACE, SAP, GTS, Amber Road, OneSource preferred.
Knowledgeable in import/export, trade & compliance, shipping/logistics preferred.
Experience with agricultural and/or chemical products preferred.
