We're hiring a
Junior Project Manager
who is ready to take ownership of production projects, work directly with ownership, and grow into a senior leadership role as the company continues to expand. To succeed here, you need to enjoy working with people, being in the field, and taking pride in running organized, clean job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage active residential and light commercial painting projects
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during production
Coordinate schedules, crews, and subcontractors to keep jobs on track
Ensure job-site readiness, cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
Communicate daily updates and expectations to customers
Help resolve issues or complaints quickly and professionally
Track progress, photos, notes, and updates in the CRM
Support final walkthroughs and job close-outs
Assist with materials coordination and basic job planning
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish required to communicate with clients and crews.
Strong people skills and customer-service mindset
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in the field and driving between job sites
Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow into senior responsibility
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Prior experience in painting, construction, or field operations is a plus, but not required if you bring the right attitude and work ethic.
Compensation & Growth
Full-time, W-2 Employment
Pay Range: $55,000 to $75,000 per year (based on experience + performance bonuses)
Bonus opportunities based on project quality, timeliness, and customer feedback.
5-Star Review Bonus: $50 per review
