As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you will ensure client brands stand out in Walmart stores by driving product availability and maintaining engaging displays. Your efforts connect customers with the brands they love in one of the world’s largest retailers.

What will you do?
Locate merchandise in backrooms and place products on the floor.
Stock, pack out, and front‑face products for optimal shelf appearance.
Receive and install marketing/promotional materials per instructions.
Build displays to showcase client products.
Use Premium’s field technology to answer simple queries and take product photos.
Represent Premium and client brands in assigned Walmart stores.
Partner with store management and associates to complete tasks.
Communicate with your manager via email, phone, or text.
How will you succeed?
Own your store(s) as the face of Premium.
Work independently while supporting Walmart culture.
Communicate effectively with store teams and Premium members.
Leverage support from Premium’s Operations Center.
Complete work on time and follow detailed instructions.
Be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Report your work the same day of completion.
What tools do you need?
Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
A smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads.
