On‑site | Hybrid | Remote (depending on the project) The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will assist customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring a high‑quality service experience while representing leading international brands. Requirements
French: C2 level English: B2 level or higher EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Availability to work rotating shifts (depending on the project) Salary
Approximately €1,250 gross per month + performance bonus (depending on the project and experience) Relocation Package & Benefits
