What Will You Do?
Work with policyholders, physicians, attorneys, contractors, and others to resolve claims promptly, fairly, and courteously.
Explain policy coverage to policyholders and third parties.
Conduct thorough investigations and document facts related to claims.
Determine the value of damaged items or accurately pay medical and wage loss benefits.
Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties.
Resolve claims, which may include paying, settling, denying claims, defending policyholders in court, or recovering outstanding dollars.
Minimum Qualifications
Current pursuit of, or possession of, a four‑year degree.
Experience in a customer‑service role in industries such as retail, hospitality, logistics, banking, automotive dealerships, vehicle rental, or sales.
Ability to make confident decisions based on available information.
Strong analytical, computer, and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Salary Range : $63,800 - $78,000
Pay may vary based on job‑related factors and individual experience, skills, and knowledge. Discuss further with a member of the recruiting team.
