As an
Administrative Care Coordinator , you’ll be a key part of our patient experience—working closely with patients, providers, and teammates while gaining exposure to medical operations, patient care coordination, and healthcare administration.
What you’ll do
Provide a warm, professional welcome in person and by phone
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow‑ups
Support check‑in, check‑out and patient flow
Collect and update patient information accurately
Communicate clearly with clinical staff to keep the schedule on track
Assist with basic office tasks, scanning and documentation
Resolve patient questions with empathy and urgency
What we’re looking for
No experience required, we train
Strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly presence
Clear communication, professionalism and attention to detail
Comfort learning new software and workflows quickly
Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented
Interest in healthcare, patient service, pre‑med, pre‑PA or related paths is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Strong computer skills and learning new platforms
Preferred commitment
18 to 24 months preferred (ideal “gap‑year” role)
Schedule
Full‑time, Monday through Friday (hours set by clinic schedule)
