7:45 AM to 11:15 AM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
Answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, receiving/forwarding fax messages, processing interoffice mail, coordinating use of conference rooms, accepting donations, writing receipts and following cash‑handling procedures.
Problem‑solving communication and visitor/building issues as needed.
Administrative and clerical support to supervisor and management staff using Word and Excel.
Documenting messages, distributing to appropriate persons, and maintaining logs and daily sign‑in/out sheets.
Managing outgoing mail tray and ensuring pickup from the post office.
Scheduling and monitoring conference rooms using Outlook Calendar.
Supporting coverage plans for planned absences, coordinating with vendors, and collecting monies, writing receipts, and maintaining spreadsheets.
Keeping lobby and reception areas clean, organized, and professional; assisting with holiday decorations.
General Responsibilities
Ensure the health and safety of visitors and persons served.
Promote a positive work environment and direct staff questions to supervisors.
Advocate and protect rights of persons served.
Participate in trainings/meetings as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
At least one year of previous receptionist experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Familiarity with switchboard capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook.
Clear, courteous, professional communication in person and over the phone.
Ability to take directions and follow through accurately and timely.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new office skills as required.
