How You Will Make An Impact The
Heavy Haul Coordinator
is a crucial piece of our logistics department, responsible for managing equipment movement on well sites and evaluating the best routes for our heavy haulers.
Responsibilities
Complete well site checks
Stage updates within a frac job
Provide ETAs for job completion
Check equipment and ensure proper functioning
Schedule repair for damaged or malfunctioning equipment
Obtain pilot car driver certification, if not already certified
Complete route surveys
Assist with rigging up and down of all frac sand equipment
Complete any other task as requested, including cross‑company jobs
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
