Hourly Pay $20.50/hr
Shift(s) 2nd Shift Wednesday 1200am – 600am; Thursday – Saturday 600pm – 600am
Location Salem, VA 24153
Responsibilities
Move sorted pallet stacks to the appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
Hand‑sorting wooden pallets when required
Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Forklift certification preferred
1‑3 years of forklift experience
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction strongly preferred
Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Repetitive body position adjustments to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and sit in a forklift for entire shifts of varying lengths

Personal protective equipment (PPE) required (eye protection, ear protection mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and color vision
May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. and 75 lbs.
