Job Summary Fresh Ideas is hiring an energetic and growth‑minded
Assistant Director of Dining Services
on the beautiful campus of DOANE UNIVERSITY. In this leadership position you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and nourishing environment for students, faculty, and staff. You will support all aspects of residential food service operations while elevating the campus dining experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and top‑quality food.
Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
Manage, train, and develop associates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
Experience in campus/university food service operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Financial experience and business acumen.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
Associate’s degree is preferred.
Full‑time role: Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as business dictates.
