Records Coordinator

We’re seeking a Records Coordinator to join our growing team.
How You’ll Make Us Better Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records. Responsible for maintaining an on‑time patient workflow and providing direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.
Greets new patients and family members
Familiarizes new patients and family with clinic layout
Captures X-rays, photographs and scans
Relays new patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors
Coordinates clinical records requests
Manages patient treatment flow and scheduling
Maintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations
Performs after‑care communication
May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment
May cross‑train to support multiple roles within the clinic

Prerequisites For Success
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous dental clinical experience preferred
Bilingual a plus, but not required
