Responsibilities Provide customers with high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life. Do meaningful work, make a difference in customers' lives.
Customer Service: Deliver “white glove” service in stores and at customers' homes; obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Deliveries & Pickups: Operate company vehicles, load/unload and install products safely, maintain vehicles and follow all handling procedures.
Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized and clean merchandise; refurbish items as needed; keep showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – drivers company vehicles
Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills

Physical Demands The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day; frequent lifting and moving of heavy items. All employees must adhere to company safety guidelines.
Expected Hours of Work Full‑time position: Monday through Saturday, store open‑to‑close hours; Sunday and one other weekday off. Schedules may change with business needs.
