Location: Arcadia, FL 34266 Duration: 4+ Months Hours: Mon-Friday 7am-1pm, Every 3rd Saturday 7am-11am
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and provides exceptional customer service by responding to patients questions and concerns. The PSR I communicates with phlebotomy techs/nurses to ensure quality patient experience, coordinates with the front office for smooth operations, and faithfully promotes the mission and vision of the company.
