What You’ll Do
Teach life skills to children such as handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
Build relationships and advocate for kids and their families, serving as a positive influence.
What You Need
A high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree in Human Services.
At least two years of prior work experience with children and families.
A willingness to learn—you’ll receive on‑the‑job training.
