Base pay range $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Responsibilities
Use a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large boxes/containers) and replace them with empty gondolas in the assigned areas.
Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas into the packer or compactor located in a designated area in the warehouse (training provided).
Ensure the areas around all gondolas are free of debris and trash.
Clean and sweep the areas around trash containers to keep transit areas free of trash and debris.
Keep the “green mile” walking areas free of debris at all times to ensure safety.
Maintain and organize the packing/compactor areas to keep order.
Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to use a manual pallet jack to lift and move gondolas of up to 75+ pounds.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and transport objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Regularly stoop, lift, and reach for items both below the waist and overhead.
Capable of pushing and pulling loaded pallet jacks with waste/cardboard consistently.
Walk frequently inside and around facilities throughout the shift.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 to 12 hours.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety, operation, and maintenance guidelines.
Required Documents & Procedures
Background check and drug test required.
KBS uses the mobile timekeeping software KBSPresence to record hours, manage attendance, complete required training, and disseminate job information. All non-exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices.
