We are seeking a skilled
Plastic Injection Mold Operator
to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues to ensure efficient production. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines according to job specifications. Monitor machine operations to detect and resolve malfunctions or quality issues. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and minor repairs. Adjust machine settings to optimize production and reduce waste. Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation. Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Work closely with supervisors and quality control teams to meet production goals. Requirements: Previous experience as an injection mold operator or in a related manufacturing role. Knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and machine operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
