As an Events Assistant, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to manage logistics, schedules, and communications related to company events. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and company initiatives Support event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, and material preparation Maintain accurate records, timelines, and event documentation Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution Assist with post-event follow-up, reporting, and evaluations Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working collaboratively within a team setting Proficiency with basic office tools and scheduling systems Additional Information
