We are looking for a Data Entry Coordinator/assistant to help in Logistics support, input data, check and organize information and track our inventory. We are seeking a candidate who has the ability to multitask, is proficient with office equipment, Excel advanced is a plus, and has experience using logistics software.

Responsibilities & Duties

Perform general administrative tasks and support the finance team.

Oversee, and maintain product inventory and supplies

Typical Duties and Responsibilities in data entry.

Data entry verifies documentation and requests documentation

Work collaboratively to ensure optimal customer service and support

Maintains and keeps up to date the database by entering new records from several sources of data.

Attention to detail, strong time management skills, works well with deadlines.

Coordinate operations between warehouse, carrier, and suppliers handling transportation issues, Knowledge of logistics.

Coordinating and monitoring supply logistics operations.

Keep logs of issues, claims, warehouse, and orders.
