As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be responsible for working at various machines and/or stations, filling and packaging materials in order to create a finished product. You may also be required to document your actions by completing quality forms. In addition, as an Assembly Line Operator, you must adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that the final product packaging meets high-quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
Manage the temp staff effectively and efficiently.
Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Report any unsafe, abnormal, or questionable occurrences to the Operations Coordinator.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment and follow safety procedures by complying with company procedures and policies.
Work under the guidance of the Assembly Planner to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.
Qualifications
A team-oriented employee with the ability to problem solve and work independently with little supervision.
Communicate with clarity both verbally and in writing (i.e. email) using proper business language and grammar.
One Year Experience working in Assembly.
