Are you a skilled and motivated professional with a strong background in financial clearance management? Our reputable staffing agency is seeking a dynamic Manager Financial Clearance to join a leading healthcare facility. In this non-clinical management role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient financial operations within the organization.
Skills and Abilities:
Proven leadership abilities and excellent team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including insurance verification, authorizations, and denials management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in utilizing healthcare revenue cycle software and systems.
Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry trends.
Knowledge of relevant Hospital Policies, Practices and HIPAA regulations.
Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
This position is primarily office-based, requiring extended periods of computer usage.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements:
Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Relevant certifications in revenue cycle management or healthcare administration preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. 5 to 7 years supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting or related field required; progressive management responsibility Required. Proven track record of improving financial clearance processes and reducing denials. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
State License Requirements:
A valid healthcare management or related license as required by the state.
