Role & Responsibilities The Front Office Host will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless experience at the resort. Key duties include:

Assist guests with registration, account settlements, and hotel service promotion

Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities in and around Scottsdale

Answer guest phone calls as a Telephone Operator

Participate in all areas of Front Office, including the Grand Club

Contribute to exceptional service through active learning and training across all Front Office functions

Engage in elevated conversation with guests to enhance their experience

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment

Previous experience in luxury hotels preferred

Refined verbal communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Proficient in basic computer skills

Customer service experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with moderate lifting
